Shipping and Returns Policy
This Shipping and Returns Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all orders and purchases by you (“Buyer”) from Holistic Herbal Solutions, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“HHS). These Policy apply to all orders and purchases through HHS’s online store located at www.holisherb.com (the “Store”) and supplement the Purchase Terms that you agree to when making an order. HHS does not accept any conflicting or deviating terms from these Purchase Terms unless agreed to in writing by HHS. HHS expressly reserves the right to update this Policy at any time and by placing an order you agree to any such changes.
Shipping Policies & Options
We ship Monday through Friday using USPS and UPS as our primary carriers. If the address is a post office box, a carrier other than USPS may initially transport the package; however, it will be delivered by USPS to your post office box. Orders received after 10:30am (EST) will be considered next business day.
We offer several shipping options for our customers. The only mail that is guaranteed by our carriers is next-day shipping. We have no control over shipping delays by the carriers and disclaim any warranties related to delivery timing. Once an order leaves our facility, any delays can be addressed with the selected carrier. We will refund expedited shipping charges if we are in error in shipping selection. All other return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Free Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping orders will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after order is processed for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping. We will use the most economical shipping method to ship standard orders available by USPS or UPS.
Expedited Shipping orders will be processed within 36 hours or the next business day in the event of a holiday observed by the US postal service. Please allow 2-3 business days after order is processed for delivery when choosing Expedited Shipping. We use USPS Priority or UPS for expedited orders.
Next Day and Express Shipping
USPS Express Shipping orders will be processed under 24hrs or same day if order is received before 9:30am EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for USPS Express orders. Orders shipping out west to Texas or west of Texas could take 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air will be processed under 24hrs or same day if received before 9.30am EST. Please allow 1 business day delivery time for Next day orders.
We ship worldwide to countries that have an import/ export relationship with the United States. International customers have 2 options for shipping. We offer UPS shipping to countries around the word. Our system calculates actual UPS shipping Rates. Customer can select ship by weight option. If Customers select the ship by weight option, we will ship United States Postal Service (USPS) express or DHL for orders over 2lbs. USPS and DHL express orders are insured, so if your order is lost or stolen the carrier will refund your order. USPS and DHL express orders reach most destinations in 4-6 business days.
While we will work to ensure timely delivery of your orders and will try to work with you to meet your needs and solve issues, HHS expressly disclaims all guarantees and warranties, whether express, implied, or otherwise, related to shipping and timing of deliveries and HHS makes no warranty that products will arrive on the above timelines or as stated by any delivery service.
We try to be understanding regarding returns and will try to work with you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
If you make an order and are unsatisfied with the product, we’ll refund the amount of the unused portion. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of order, and it will need to be returned within 30 days. In order to expedite returns and order errors, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, picture of bag label or product if applicable, and explanation. Orders over $50.00 may be subject to a 20% restocking/return fee. Orders over $150.00 must be un-opened and in original packaging and is subject to 20% restocking fee.
However, we will not accept any returns, or issue any refunds, on any goods that have been mixed with any other substance, altered in any way, or if we become aware that you have used any of our products for an illegal purpose or combined our products with any illegal substance. Shipping for returns is your responsibility, unless HHS made an error in the fulfillment of the order.
It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and ensure that such goods are accurate as to the order you placed and not damaged. In the event that an order you receive is incorrect or is damaged in any way, please contact us. Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within five (5) days from the date of delivery will constitute unqualified acceptance of all of the order items and a waiver by you of all claims with respect to any order items. If we ship your order in error, we will pay return shipping charges.
