I bought Spirulina along with Acai powder here and since taking both for a month I have noticed more energy, my nails are growing longer and stronger and I find that I am losing less hair when I shampoo and comb through my hair. The main reason I started taking both - I had a tooth pulled because my jaw bone was deteriorating. I have been putting 3 Tablespoons Acai powder and 1 tablespoon Spirulina into my vitamin smoothies each morning. This is good quality spirulina. You can tell by the flavor that it isn't oxidized or spoiled in any way. Mixes well, even in cold water. If you are patient, you can mix with a spoon. If you mix it and clumps form, just let it sit for a little while. The clumps will absorb the moisture and will dissolve when you stir again.
