It is a good product

This is by far the best bromelain, as I have been using other brands and none worked so quick for me. I had continuous shoulder pain, but after taking this for few days the pain is gone. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start using bromelain.

I ordered this product after much research to help with my chronic pain an my osteoarithis. And an upcoming surgery that I just had. I can only say, that my results have been nothing short of miraculous. After 1 dose of 1/2 teaspoon the night before, all of the inflammation was reduced in my hands. I had surgery on tues, and I started this about 10 days prior. It has helped to keep the majority of the swelling down, and I have taken less than half of the pain meds that I was prescribed. I have upped the amount of bromelain to now I am taking
1 1/2 teaspoons about 4 or so times a day. I compare this to a surgery 3 years ago on my hands there was so much swelling the dr could hardly remove the stitches, and the pain meds were not keeping my pain controlled. This feels like a walk in the park.
This has also reduced all of the inflammation that I had on my knees from osteoarthritis.
This is nothing short of my miracle cure with no side effects. So I'm about out, so ordering more.
I have been telling everyone I know and meet about it, and I can't say enough about it.
But I do tell them to do their own research, even though its good, you need to make sure it's good for you.

This is a fabulous anti-inflammatory on an empty stomach with no side effect! Also great digestive aid with food! Great quality and price as usual...

I like this form of bromelain. It is high potency and mixes well with water. Dr's Best doesn't mix well.

I take this for sinus pressure. About one teaspoon relieves pressure so that I don't have to take Ibuprofen.
