Arrowroot powder is a starch derived from the roots of the arrowroot plant which offers several potential health benefits. It is often processed into flour and used in cooking as a thickening agent and is naturally gluten-free. It is used for sauces, puddings, and jellies, as well as an ingredient in baked goods like cookies and cakes. It is also used as a natural deodorant or talcum powder substitute. Arrowroot powder supports digestive health by alleviating diarrhea and feeding beneficial gut bacteria with its resistant starch. Topically, its absorbent properties make it useful in natural cosmetics like deodorants and as a soothing agent for skin ailments.
Arrowroot nutritional content: Arrowroot powder is primarily a carbohydrate-rich food, containing approximately 88 grams of carbs per 100-gram serving, with only trace amounts of protein (0.3g) and fat (0.1g). It is naturally gluten-free and provides about 3.4g of dietary fiber, including resistant starch. Key micronutrients found in smaller quantities include essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and manganese. It also contains some B vitamins, such as folate and riboflavin.

Shelf Life: Our products will maintain their freshness and integrity for up to 18 months after purchase in our sealed bags or 6-9 months after seal is broken. Customers should store products in a cool dark place to ensure full shelf-life. Bulk products are sourced on a weekly basis to ensure our supply is always fresh.
Packaging: Orders of 10 or more of a single item or 10lbs or more of a single item will be packaged in a food grade bag with twist tie. Bulk capsules do not apply.
